Refund Policy

In the interest of transparency and the orderly handling of financial procedures, the following refund policy applies:

1. Cancellation 7 or more days before the program start date: full refund of fees.
2. Cancellation 3 to 6 days before the program start: 50% refund of fees.
3. Cancellation less than 72 hours before the program start: no refund.
4. After the program has started or the first training session has been attended: no refund under any circumstances.
5. If the program is cancelled by the Institute, the trainee is entitled to a full refund or to transfer the registration to a later cohort.
6. Where payment is made through installment-service providers, refunds are processed according to that provider’s policies and procedures, and timelines may be subject to the relevant financial institution’s systems.
