3. Terms and Conditions

  1. The student or parent/guardian may request a refund within 7 business days from the course start date.
  2. Refunds will be processed after deducting any applicable administrative fees, as well as the value of any training hours or sessions already provided to the student.
  3. The trainee may be absent from a maximum of two sessions during the training period. Any eligible make-up sessions will be arranged within the program period, subject to the Institute’s available schedule.
  4. The trainee may cancel the registration at least one week before the course start date.
  5. Refunds and cancellations are subject to the policies approved by Al Manal Training Institute.
  6. Training content and educational materials provided by the Institute may not be disclosed, published, copied, or redistributed without prior approval.
  7. Training sessions may not be recorded, and photos or videos relating to the instructor or participants may not be published on social media without the approval of the Institute and the relevant parties.
  8. The student shall attend at the scheduled times, follow the Institute’s instructions, and maintain appropriate conduct during the training.
  9. For online training, the student shall use their own login credentials and shall not share them with any other person.

4. Declaration and Acceptance

By completing the registration, the student or parent/guardian confirms that they have reviewed the program information, terms and conditions, and the cancellation and refund policy, and have agreed to them before completing the registration and payment process.
