By registering for any training program at Al Manal Training Institute – Sharjah, you acknowledge your full acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
- Registration is not considered confirmed until fees are paid in full or through an electronic payment method approved by the Institute.
- The Institute offers an installment payment option through approved payment-service providers. Approval of installments is subject to the provider’s own terms and conditions, with no direct responsibility on the Institute for the decision to approve or decline.
- The Institute reserves the right to postpone or cancel any training program if the minimum number of registrants is not reached, with a full refund of amounts paid in the event of cancellation by the Institute.
- The trainee undertakes to attend sessions according to the approved schedule and to meet the program requirements in order to obtain the certificate.
- All training materials and academic content are the exclusive property of the Institute and may not be reproduced, published, or distributed by any means without prior written consent.
- This agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
